The 24 Hour Cancer Dance-a-thon is pleased to announce that internationally acclaimed vocalist Chris Williams and the Chris Williams Sextet will be our opening act at high noon. Chris Williams and his band were the opening act for three years running, and are reclaiming their spot as our opening act.
Chris hails from Canada, but currently makes his home in Orange County. My first inclination when I heard Chris’s music was to compare him to Harry Connick, Jr., but he has a vocal sound and styling that are unmistakably is own. During his fifteen years of performing, Chris has played and toured extensively in the United States, Canada, and Europe, singing with an impressive roster of musicians and we’re honored to have him perform for us as we dance ‘til we drop.
