The dance-a-thon is here! Do a reality check sort of like before you go camping.
Bring:
- Several pairs of shoes. Even your coziest shoe might start rubbing wrong after 12 hours. It’s a great idea to change it up and keep those feet fresh.
- Swimwear because there is no skinny dipping in the jacuzzi or pool please. You might want to enjoy the 24 hour access.
- Extra clothing, especially socks, undies, and shirts. There is a chance you will get sweaty.
- Cash. You will find many wares available for sale at the various team booths. Mostly good deals that you won’t want to pass up.
- Food like, caffeinated beverages, fruit, convenient snacks.
- Sleeping bag and pillow if you plan on crashing.
- Chairs!
- Baby socks or something to protect the floor from chairs and table feet.
- Toothbrush and toothpaste. You have to keep those new friends you’ve made.
DON’T BRING
- A towel. These are provided by the 24 Hour Fitness Ultra-Sport. We get all the member benefits while at the club.
- Shampoo. Lotion. Shaving cream. Mouthwash. Yup you’ll have all that already in your bath room.
- Dinner or breakfast. Pasta dinner is provided at 7pm and pancake breakfast is provided at 7am. Food and drinks somewhere some how will be available at all times.
- Alcohol. Not even the kind you hide.

Add your suggestions below!
Getting sweaty is a certainty. Which brings to mind another Dance-A-Thon necessity: deodorant!
Even though you recommend against bringing lunch or dinner, I’d suggest bringing some form of protein. Just saying.
I’m also recommending a first aid kit for your team, bandages, ibuprofen, etc. Foot care stuff like moleskin isn’t a bad addition to the extra shoes and socks recommendation.
If you’re sensitive to loud noise, consider bringing earplugs.
BREATH MINTS!! chewing gum, ear plugs, eye mask, water bottle, CAMERA
